Anybody watched a Thai football League match in person before? Am thinking of going for Bangkok United vs BG Pathum on Monday. Is there any way to buy tickets other than at the stadium?

It's going to be at Thammasat Stadium which is quite far away from metro area. Is there a way to get there efficiently without being stuck in traffic? The match starts at 8pm.

Given its a weekday its unlikely to be sold out and thammasat have a big capacity. BG home games can be bought online but since its away not sure and you wouldnt want sit away section as view not good.

You could look at taking the SRT red line train from Bang Sue to rangsit and get a grab or taxi to thammasat rather than grab directly from inside bangkok centre like sukhumvit to avoid rush hour jams. Or pay for the toll fees

Thanks for the tip! I'm looked at google maps and it is quite far away. How much are the toll fees if you don't mind?

Read around 50 pages of this thread but not much talks about living in Thailand. Was hoping people living in thai can share their experience and tips.
