Erection problem
 
Hi bros,

Can check any one faced this problem before..i am able to achieve erection on the shaft but the glan will stay the same for unknown reason.. is this a medical condition? Some times the situation is reverse where then glan is ejected but the shaft is semi erected..:(

I've never heard of such a syndrome. The shaft contains the erectile tissue. The gland just sits on the top as illustrated in the diagram below.

When sexual arousal occurs the corpus cavernosum fills with blood which results in an erection. The glans plays no part in the process.

erection problem lor
not fully erected
sometimes i have this issue too
need to manage

The blood supply to the glans is from a tiny strip of tissue called the corpus spongosium. It is very separate from the main erectile tissue called the corpus cavernosum.

The corpus spongosium does not respond like the corpus cavernosum. That is why even when the shaft is maximally rigid, the head can still be quite soft. Soft theorize that this is to buffer the impact against the cervix.

Improving blood flow to the penis in general like not smoking and doing regular exercise can help. All treatments for ED like Viagra and Shock Wave and PRP injections can also help.
