Years ago (in 2016, to be exact), I was looking for a way to overcome jet lag. I was scheduled to fly from Houston to Singapore and I was booked on EvaAir. My ticket allowed me to break the return flight at Taipei without any extra charge, so I did just that.

To reset my bodyclock to the "correct" timezone, I popped a sleeping pill when I left Houston, managed to sleep for about half of the 14-hour flight, arrived Taipei in the late morning and stayed up all the way till nearly midnight. Was kept busy by all the fucking, though the jetlag headache did overcome me at one point and I took a nap.

Surprisingly mine was also in 2016. But not 1 day, but for a whole week.
