But my foreskin is never the same as before. It became slightly tighter. One side also became longer and when I roll it back fully it will not stay fully.

People with Diabetes have a higher risk of this. So you may want to see your doctor to rule out diabetes also.

I agree with boss that circumcision is a great therapeutic option. However, if surgery scares you, you can try stretching the skin with the help of steroid creams first.
