Might be a lot of things. Though since you didnt feel anything it might be deathgrip.

Do you masturbate often? Your penis might be desensitised due to you gripping too hard during masturbation. Known as deathgrip. Might wanna stop masturbating or change how you masturbate if this is the case. For changing how you masturbate, you could get a fleshlight, it puts less pressure on your penis. As for sexual anxiety and the other stuff, I'm pretty chill generally, so I doubt that's a factor.

Am currently trying cold turkey as suggested but I'm not hopeful.

No idea what death grip is but that sounds terrifying, never tried using my imagination b4 while wankin so might look into that. Currently on cold turkey so I hope I fix myself, as for anxiety, I'm generally chill so I don't think that's it.

Maybe something same as me, i think more on deathgrip after maturation too often then lose feeling on the actual with FL.
Sometime brain keep thinking those risks issue will also cause this problem for not having a good pleasant time.
