I'm a young guy 20 year old but I used to pcc daily before ns, now ns I pcc every weekend. Want to also ask the lao jiaos here whether normal or not. Also does pcc result in man boob? I go fl one time she say my chest bigger than hers dk laugh or cry

From what I read, true or not I donno, PCC prevent prostate cancer

Old man here also pcc 1-2x because I heard it prevents prostate cancer.. haha

Each person is unique; as long as it does not affect your job/work motivation or other responsibilities as a man ie partner

Once everyday seems ok le. For me it varies from 1-3 days depending how tired. If not is save up for my fl visit, unleash all in them

You PCC daily, but daily how many times?

If one time a day should be fine, about 7~9 hours refill your balls..but if daily more than once..you kkb gg liao lol

i heard from people tat pcc can leads to dark eye rings... panda eyes... dunno true or fake... can someone verify this...
