Agree ! Also The same gurl tends to give better service if there is no bargaining and slightly lesser service for a reduced price. Sometimes it is not obvious , but , the gurls do deny that 100% GFE once they have reduced their prices for you. This is not to say , negotiation hits service , but its pretty much on the cards!
