For peace of mind, get yourself tested. It doesn't matter whether the probability of transmission is 10% or 0.00000001%. You have either caught HIV or you haven't. The only way to obtain a definitive answer is a blood test.

I agree that in theory it is possible. However, to my knowledge there has never been a reported case of HIV infection of this nature. I personally am of the opinion that it is not possible. The viral load transmitted is just too small to cause an infection.
