Yes, Siam Hotel system has changed slightly...
Now only gals outside are mainly on left gate as you face hotel with OKTs ard... the ones on the right gate have mostly moved into cafe.
Now the ones that used to line Petachuri rd before and after Siam Hotel have migrated to the dark road (near railway line) behind Siam Hotel and parallel to Petchaburi. There are even food stalls on that dark road now.
