Tried Ying Ying recently.
Location: parking lots nearby, easier with own transport than public, very discreet and safe.
Room: spacious, smells nice, clean and big shower area.
As mentioned earlier, checks phone from time to time but no big issue. Chose the chair massage. I think nuru would have been a better choice based on previous reviews here but this is personal preference.
Service was done full nude and roaming allowed. This took about 30 mins, after which proceeded to shower. At this halfway point she told me to dress up as she said most people go off after service is done but I told her I wanted a massage to maximise my time and she obliged. She stopped at the 45th min, paid and left.
