Remind yourself they are letting you touch them and fuck them only because you are paying them. Not because they like you, and possibly even detest you.

If that thought makes you feel good then you’re fucked with regard your spending habits.

If it makes you feel like shit, then maybe you want to do something about it and not feel like shit about handing them that money.

Budgeting probably isn’t the real issue here.
