thai govt already dragged its feet. what "not dragging its feet".
This year order pfizer vaccines, if can ship this year is very good already. Long list of buyers all queuing before thai govt. I think more like next year then will get it shipped.
Want the good stuff at this period, last year have to place order and make payment already.
