not sure why people post disparaging remarks on this theory

it's very possible that Cat 150 would mean fewer customers as not as many people can afford. with fewer customers, the exposure each WL has is, on average, lower than Cat 50.

and we all know with lower exposure, the absolute risk of the WL catching any STD is comparatively lower...
