what i read is that the arrest documents from thailand are out for thaksin and britain has a extradiction pact with thailand, meaning both countries will co-operate to send back criminal suspects.
but the twist is, britain is saying they are afraid thaksin will not get a fair trial in thailand so no deal for now.
the question is, if thaksin got no billion$? will he even be able to smell the grass in the city of manchester stadium?
