For me, regardless of Cat 1 or 3, standard price of 50 which includes roaming plus zhut zhut. Occasionally, add another 10. IMHO, I do not think the CAT matters, it is the lady that matters.

I had my share of luck before where I got free HJ+zhut zhut at no cost, or free HJ (all these with some chemistry developed)
