Personally, i think this location is good + good transport -Airport rail link + MRT + BTS (1 stn away - Asoke). But motor traffic is really bad here. |
I believe I have seen both projects before, price wise quite OK but nothing to compare till you see the finish product. There is another project known as My Resort which seems to be quite OK as well.
