Testerone *spell check pls* injection if he is still in puberty stage. Might help a little bit. But if he is over puberty age then the only working n permanent enlargement method is through surgery.
Normally if still in primary or second sch there will be some free check ups in sch, nurse open n check kuku n they will ask the kid go see doctor... That's for the injection.
Surgery... That's seriously expensive, n if it fails then he is man with distorted dick!
