Hmm.. Then Sukhumvit's wife would still qualify for LTVP rather than 60days visit pass every time, right?

We applied for LTVP a few days after our wedding. It was approved in 2 weeks. ROM was end March, I got my card for 3 yrs LTVP+ by end April ICA was very nice to us all the way, they assisted us so my husband didn't have to pay so much for my extensions every 2 weeks before the scheduled ROM.

Every application is unique so we can't say that ICA is very rigid. They have their set of guidelines and they are quite good in weeding out those with questionable intentions.
