nonsense. there is basis for believing that China Govt like to hide information and make people with unpopular views and opinions disappear. it is not a propaganda the Chinese Govt routinely tried to hide information from the public and also detain and make people disappeared for revealing information or discussing thing that the Central Govt is not happy about.
