Agree with all here that Syphilis can be cured with a simple injection of Benzathine Penicillin.
I would however also like to point out that a positive VD test does NOT mean you are infected with Syphilis.
The interpretation of Syphilis testing can be very complex.
It involves the use of multiple different types of VD tests interpreted in conjunction with symptoms and exposure history.
There are many possible causes of a false positive VD test.
