Actually i m quite puzzled.

Since TS wants to improve stamina and fitness.Shouldnt him runs with guys runners who are equivalent or better than him to improve?

Majority of girl runners if not all are average runners or weak runners.To me TS Just want someone to motivate him and make his ego big as he cannot lose face in front of a girl partner.

So the real purpose will only be motivation n ego.Not so much as to improve running timing and fitness.
