Even during the pre-covid19 era...... DSC testing for HIV does not mean 100% anonymous either...... because they will have to notify MoH of any +ve result as required by law. You only remain anonymous if your test results show -ve.
That's why many peeps prefer to do their testing overseas.
BKK offers reliable testing which is also cheap and fast.
