Thanks for your advice, i think it is better to change the money at money changers in Singapore before going there. Maybe i'll try out there on January if Indonesia government still not reopen border with Singapore. Cambodia is totally a strange place for me to go, unlike Batam or Balai which i've been going countless times over 2 decades. Hope that can get what i have been enjoying in Indonesia.
