Yes I wank fairly often, around once a day.
No idea what death grip is but that sounds terrifying, never tried using my imagination b4 while wankin so might look into that. Currently on cold turkey so I hope I fix myself, as for anxiety, I'm generally chill so I don't think that's it.
It's also hard for me to find a lady cause I guess I'm a little conscious of myself(?) Work life balance is also kinda wack for me rn
