Re: airbnb/homestay - can bring girl in?

I need to go to KL next month for some work. I've only been to KL once but didn't really played around that time. Can I bring girls in to my airbnb? How do hotels work? Probably Melia or Swiss Garden if I get a hotel room instead of an airbnb.
