Is an issue w the app. Mine couldnt work as well when i went last week. You can either:
1. Pretend to scan the QR code at the batam terminal and pray that the person dont check you (i did that and the guy didnt bother verifying at all)
2. Bring the hardcopy paper and show the person if he checks
