even if those houses open, the question is how many WLs will there be?
i believe most, if not all, WLs gone home liao, and there doesn't seem to be any news of potential incoming stock.
if AV just convert those ridiculously-heavily-photoshopped PRC milf white card holders to yellow card and transfer them to the licensed houses,
i might as well stay home and PCC... lol
