Hope the Sg garmen could hold a national referendum to let future garmen remove undesirable residents since we are now facing a population explosion of the mrt & other public facilities. Those black-heart men & women, those that are not humble, those filthy rich people that need SO to tap the lifts at condos. SG is DIY man, even PCC oso diy, LOL. We should re-introduce the death penalty to warn residents (citizens & foreigners) to behave & let the no-income & lower income to live in dignity & respect. When such undesirable elements disappear legally, the garmen dun have to top up their medisave, give them gst voucher cash & other kachiam putehs. The only plausible reason to let them carry on in life is to use them as guinea pigs for medical research, drug testing & haze breathing tests. sorry for my rant.
