Coz last time, the OKTs are mainly locals. Nowadays are all PRCs. Their QC is non existent. Same thing goes for their cooking oil, rice and milk powder. Be thankful it's a woman not some ah gua. Just close your eyes, pretend it's fan bing bing or zhao wei XD
