Just for discussion and education purposes, GL OKT have unofficial license to run brothels in GL. This license is unofficial and “special” in the sense that it is different from those trade licenses like Plumber license, Real Estate agent license, Diver license, etc. that one knows. It is also to say WL are migrant sex worker who are issued with “special work visa” to work as sex workers in GL. In case you argue that there is no such thing as work visa for legal sex worker. Below is an excerpt of an article from Straits Times that uses the word - “Licensed Brothels” in the article.
