I think I agree with you on this.
I think it's fair for locals to charge more than PRCs but must be realistic as well in bad economy. Locals can charge slighter higher but it cannot be like 100% to 300% more.
These days, even PRC STY FLs are going for $80, so $220 is like 175% premium.
