This has nothing to do with the bluetooth controller but it has to do with the settings of your iphone, go to the settings and under display, turn off the inaction toggle and you are done

For this again safari is a web browser not a player or integrated vr controller, so this is the reason you are seeing tabs, when you get from the correct vendors, they will usually throw in the integrated vr controllers and also the softwares to manipulate settings to prevent all that you mention from happening

Cheap because they are retailers and do not throw in the vr buffering script because that is important and its usually only the vendors that have these scripts and are able to help you install them, without that script you will notice that nothing works correctly like videos blurred or cannot be played or with tabs as you mentioned above or etc

Usually from oculus (Owned by samsung but bought over by facebook now) like from
https://www.oculus.com/experiences/g.../?locale=en_US you will notice that there is developer support, that is the script itself to enable full vr mode and is included free by facebook
One more is also
https://www.samsung.com/global/galaxy/gear-vr/ this one is the top of the line but only works with samsung phones (samsung devices buffering script included only) but with the correct buffering script it can be used with any mobile device model and brand, even with current new phones such as S20 meaning that you can also use a huawei mobile device with a samsung vr headset as it bypasses the internal detectors by using that vr buffering script
Also from
http://vrscenarios.synergize.co is another one where the vr buffering script is thrown in for free as well when part of any package is ordered, this one locally available in sg and gives you the softwares hence why some are able to use samsung or oculus headsets even though their mobile devices were Oppo, xiaomi or etc, meaning the buffering script is in their possesion and installed, this one allows full adult content and is one that focuses on anything adult in nature and lets you watch adult content in full vr mode. Advantage is they carry the original russian and german vr models and is a place where you can get everything in one place.
Alternatively if you want you can try to build you own vr headset, you will first need to get the focal lenses, you can usually get this at the basement of sim lim tower. Second are the chipsets which again in sim lim tower you can get them on the second floor and as for the vr casings you can find them on the third floor of sim lim tower. Once done you reprogram the chips with your own software and write to the rom. This is the cheapest option but everything build yourself and software write yourself (if you know how to do it) but gives you all the flexibility you want.
So when it comes to vr there are many things to consider such as the scripts, the headsets and software, mobile device models and etc, its not just one thing but when all these things come together you will notice that for vr especially for adult purposes its extremely worth it and most likely will be the future on how porn is viewed
