At this stage after the mess at dorm, it’s all about accountability. The government will not risk it. Anything happen at GL will be their responsibility, if things happen at a private business like spa/massage, they can just brush it off. Anyway it’s too late now, even if Geylang open in sept, there will be no girls left. Even the strong willed is broken from this endless wait, if there is a sign of opening, they would have given it to the okts by now.
