How to recover the feeling to last longer again?
Before I met my regular ML, I used to visit GL weekly. I could last longer, stay hard or get hard again easily and fuck the WL for over an hour (with breaks in between). After I got her to stay overnight at my place regularly, I don't visit GL anymore, I could just have her for sex 1 or 2 times a week. But now she moved to a further shop, the frequency became once a week or 2 and longer if time didn't allow. Even if I visit her at the shop, it is also HJ. Can't fuck in that divider style TCM. Otherwise I had to DIY or visit the nearby ML for HJ (and fix my DFK deprive). So, I lack of sexercise.

Now the problem, I can now fuck that nearby ML too, managed to CIP, so I decided to visit her regularly. But I couldn’t last a long time. Now I bring her back, she will spend some time on massage while naked and also do some teasing along the way. Sometimes foreplay and petting before massage or sometimes after massage, the foreplay etc took time. During this time it is hard (ok, maybe it was already hard for some time during this time). But when the MLs HJ for me, it felt tighter and took longer sometimes 5 min sometimes over 15 min (or until the ML's hand cramp lol). Maybe this made it lose the feel to last long. I've never taken any pills or supplements and would like to avoid taking viagra.

1. Are there any ways to last longer again?
2. Should I just keep trying to fuck her to get the feel again?
3. Should I take a break for a while?
