Depending on what type of ger u want to meet. If looking for a gf, on the street or thru friends intro... If u see a chio bu, just approach in a friendly way. My prof told me if u try, 50% u will pass but if dun, 100% failure.
If u know a ger from Internet, discount the pic 80%... mostly highly enhanced or modified.
