Yes, they were told prior to confirming. The WL thought it was the market rate in GL. The agent was in cahoots with Lorna, the agent may have sung the same song as Lorna obviously. They only realized that they had been cheated when they mixed with other house WL. Almost all the OKT knew Lorna was paying them $72 which I think is absolutely ludicrous.
Ideally the WL should be paid $100 if not $110.
