The chinese not only into sex but also rent land from gov, set up factory , open businesses and really throw into money into the Thai economy...
We seldom see farang throw in money to build a commercial building. but there are many Chinese from China doing it in Thailand..
Thai gov just need to tilt their head to the direction where they can smell the cash more...
