I'm 19 yo and im suffering from phimosis... i tried to pull my skin but I can hardly see the head at all. After reading this thread, i think it's best to get it circumcised for hygien purpose. But do i really need parental consent before going for a operation? Damn pai seh to tell my mother that i'm going to circumcise my dick...
