Not trying to be a wise ass here but seriously speaking, if you know how to use your tongue, quite literally any inch of the body can be an ero zone. That being said, here are areas at least that I've tried on women that were surprisingly good:

Wrists. Not like whole wrist but the area inside where all the bones and or veins are visible.

Front hip bone area. Where the thigh connects to the torso.

Lower back (is this surprising actually?)

Back (not side) of neck.

The area you talked about behind the kneecap.

Ankles.


For what it's worth, feet and armpits usually don't turn women on. Rather, it either makes too too ticklish or self conscious. Which is a bummer since I'm into armpits.
