1) Quit or smoke less (like half yr daily intake)
2) Exercise (Free weights)
3) Sleep on a regular schedule
4) PCC less
5) If you on anti depressants, you need to come off yr meds 48 hrs b4 sex. Else yr dicky stays limp
Takes about 2-3 months to see the results. Patience is the key. Like previous post, dont think abt sex so often, once past 40.
