Chiong too many times will definitely affect your "sharpness" mentally, make you feel drained also. It's worse if you are older. Eventually work, focus and concentration are affected. Moderation is best.

Chiong too frequent is like eating gourmet food every day , will become almost nothing special, then what's the point?

Sometimes the best session is the one you have right after a long period of abstinence. Like the first session after the CB ..... this was by far the best one
