Regaining your sexual powers
Have being having a lot of sex lately and being finding myself low in power. Erection not as hard as before.
Took a break ..... excersise a lot, swimming followed by going gym. Join cardio class and shake my ass here and there. Lots a stretching excersie too .... like doing kick boxing delivering non-stop high kicks. This actually improves blood circulation in your groin area.
Tried sex again and wow !!!!! hard as a rock again!!!!
Best sex is having one after a stentous excersice. I find myself able to last very long in bed.
Still find excercise and a healthier diet works best .... just my opinion.
