Yes, the promotion price for a one-way ticket is S$1 (US$0.58). But since yesterday, the Tiger Airways website had a few million hits already and its online booking system is always inaccessible (server busy). Call centre not ready either. Given the kiasuism of S'poreans, I think all the $1 tickets would have been snapped up by now.
