To users of Telegram...... be aware of what you are getting into.

My contacts in the security / intel agencies have let on that ALL users of Telegram are POI as the Telegram is the favoured media platform for ISIS. Not only here in this little red dot but the governments of the neighbouring countries are oso doing the same.

If you think that you are above board and can afford to be scrutinised then by all means go ahead and use Telegram...... but if you have skeletons in the cupboard or would not want anyone digging into your history and privacy...... think carefully before deciding to use Telegram.
