I believe it is becoming more common practice among the MLs to SN nowadays. Even when they advertise FN they will be SN and give excuse on menses.... even when they are not. Most will assume 1xhj. If you want 2x hj, better to tell the ML at the start so that she can plan the session properly.

As for the rest, it’s depends on the ML. And also the chemistry between you and the ML.
