Is the ML local?

If not, Jalan Besah, Rochor, Perak Lane, OWen Road, farrer Park are all Serangoon Road, its just another small lane along the main road.

Bottom line: There are $120 offers all in (including entrance and service) for FJ in USSC.

Was walking around level 2 and entered a corner shop, near the toilet. The ML is always outside/standing up and inviting patrons in. I asked how much for full service, and she replied, "How much will you pay?" I replied $120, and she countered with $130. I said, "Alright, let me take a look elsewhere." She quickly agreed to $120. She is pleasant-looking, late 30s - early 40s, around 160cm, chinese-speaking.

The name of the shop is XXX (where X stands for chinese characters) B***** S**** (with the correct number of asterisks).
