I can't seem to start fresh convo nor continue chats with existings XMMs I've been chatting with except a rare few.

Any idea how to reset? Bcos I usually ignore those Admin msgs that I need to

Replying "1011" & "10000" now is dead with same outcome: 你以被禁言，无法和非好友对话

Any idea how to setup new account if all else fails?
