However... when it leads to excessive times of daily doses, it comes in form not financially but mentally in term of memory.

You will sense the differ from own brain thinking performance.

As such developed habit/hobby form overtime, somehow affect & weaken memory, brain unknowingly slow down alot, can feel the differ forgetfulness/sudden blank or hardtime trying to recap for certain recent info.

Eg: Username/password, names or events.

In the end still need ownself to kenna those helpless moment/situations & then ownself will realise it.

May check these info from google & tally the info, as for tested proven, personally yes, it does a degenerative toll.

actually depends on how much I exercise. 7 years ago jog a lot. like 1 week 50 km. That time 1 day pcc 2 times also okay.

Now if the week I exercise a lot like swim 3 to 4 km a week, then can feel balls damn full. Just PCC. if in mood 1 night can PCC 3 times.

But if I dun exercise 1 week 2 to 3 times also okay but dun feel the kick.

I 40s liao :P
