It's just a convenient way of substituting the character ǚ since most keyboards won't have it. And when choosing to type Chinese characters using hanyupinyin, typing nv will give you 女 while typing nu will give characters like 怒

You mean blue black? She does use quite a bit of strength to make the JG effective. But she can adjust her strength to suit preferences, which is a great skill. Her fingers are also very sensitive so she can feel the blood flow and control misfire. That is one thing I missed, her professional JG.
