That’s no fast and easy way
I have to pull out n wipe with sanitizer the front n back of the seatbelt
Then air it by buckling.
Still can’t totally get rid of the stain
It will stay for few days

Luckily, girls will apply the perfume on the top part of their dress
If not u have to wipe the hip seatbelt too

You can try this trick my friend taught me when he want to hide his smoking smell.
Car have heating function, use that and circulate the air out. The heat help to "evaporate" the smell from fabric, be it in your clothes or in your car.

Do it 10-15 min.

Not sure it will work for perfume but worth to try
